Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management or similar;
  • Extensive experience in the commercial/sales area, preferably in managed services (and/or complete solutions including software);
  • Ability to explain solutions and technology clearly;
  • Skills in client management, prospecting, negotiation, and sales cycle;
  • Proven network with decision-makers in Enterprise accounts;
  • Experience with the public sector, namely central public administration, banking, insurance, health (preferred);
  • Positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to establish interpersonal relationships
  • Knowledge in Cybersecurity (preferred);

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a business sector (according to demonstrated experience);
  • Develop relationships and businesses with added value;
  • Manage pipeline and sales cycle, pushing opportunities forward to make quota target;
  • Mobilize and manage teams for pre-sales approaches;
  • Define the structure and content of deliverables;
  • Facilitate the adoption of proposed solutions by various top management levels at the client;
  • Direct delivery within the defined deadlines and quality;
  • Manage the risk and costs of business development actions;
  • Manage daily interactions with clients;
  • Develop and maintain contact with key decision-makers in target clients;
  • Participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process;
  • Contribute to the development of strategies.
