Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in relevant roles;
  • Technical Support Expertise: Demonstrated experience in technical support, including troubleshooting, resolution, escalation, and root cause analysis;
  • Operating Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in Unix and Microsoft operating systems;
  • Modern Management Ecosystem: Knowledgeable about modern management ecosystems such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft;
  • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR): Familiarity with EDR technologies and their implementation;
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM): Experience with PAM solutions and their deployment;
  • Networking Architecture: Understanding of networking architecture and its application in security projects;
  • Middleware and Systems Integrations: Knowledge of middleware and systems integrations, including PKI, IdP, SIEM, NAC, and Mail systems.
  • API Experience: Proficiency in working with APIs for systems integration and automation.
  • Availability: Willingness to be available for preventive measures and proactive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Implementation:
    • Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team to implement projects focused on Endpoint or Security technologies.
    • Participate actively in meetings with clients during project implementation phases to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and requirements.
  • Client Requirements Analysis:
    • Conduct critical analyses of client requirements and needs to tailor solutions that meet their specific objectives.
    • Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on the analysis to enhance project outcomes.
  • Service Orientation:
    • Exhibit a service-oriented approach, capable of handling and proposing Cloudcomputing services that align with client needs.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and support.
  • Documentation:
    • Document all aspects of project implementation meticulously, including procedures, configurations, and client interactions.
    • Maintain clear and comprehensive records to support project continuity and knowledge transfer.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Learning:
    • Foster a mindset of constant learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Endpoint and Security technologies to bring innovative solutions to projects.
