We are looking for a Lead Pre-Sales Architect (IAM) to join our UK team.
We are seeking a highly motivated IAM Pre-Sales Architect to join our UK team and play a critical role in winning new business and building lasting customer relationships. If you are a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a passion for helping clients solve complex IAM challenges, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Extensive experience in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or similar role within the IAM space.
- Technical Mastery: Expertise in IAM, including CIAM, Identity Governance, PAM, NHI, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust architectures.
- Product Mastery: One or more of the following – Okta, Auth0, SailPoint, Saviynt, Delinea.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Consultative Mindset: Ability to quickly understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that deliver business value.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to align with internal teams and drive cohesive, winning strategies.
- Certifications: Relevant IAM or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific credentials) are highly desirable.
- Passion for Growth: A desire to contribute to the success of a growing consultancy by building strong client relationships and delivering value.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with our internal team and partners to engage prospective clients, identify and win business opportunities.
- Develop Tailored Solutions: Design and articulate IAM solutions that address specific customer needs, aligning with their security and business objectives.
- Deliver Technical Expertise: Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the value of our services and our partners IAM products.
- Build Client Trust: Act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business challenges and technical solutions.
- Craft Winning Proposals: Collaborate on detailed proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and bid responses that resonate with decision-makers.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and market dynamics to position offerings effectively.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work seamlessly with vendors, sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to project delivery to managed services.
