We are looking for an Okta Consultant to join our IAM & Suport team.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in IAM, with 3+ years of focused Okta experience, managing hybrid roles of consulting and technical support.
Comprehensive understanding of IAM principles, including authentication, authorization, access control, least privilege and lifecycle management. - Familiarity with access control models (like RBAC, ABAC, PBAC).
- Understanding of Identity as a Service (IDaaS) and its role in the cloud and hybrid environments.
- In-depth knowledge of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities, to provide support.
- Automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or APIs for streamlining IAM processes.
- Expertise in Okta configuration, implementation, and customization, with a focus on SSO, MFA, API Access Management, and directory integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Okta’s offerings, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), Universal Directory, API Access Management and Lifecycle Management (LCM)
- Proficient in configuring Okta policies, workflows, and access rules tailored to business needs.
- Hands-on experience in integrating Okta with external applications and systems (SaaS Platforms, Enterprise Systems, APIs and Custom Applications).
Nice to have:
- Certified Okta Administrator and Okta Certified Consultant or additional certifications in cloud security and IAM.
- Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and knowledge of integrating Okta within Zero Trust Architectures.
- Proven ability to act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, offering both strategic IAM advice and hands-on support.
- Project management skills, along with strong communication abilities to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, understand their challenges, and clearly communicate solutions.
- Manage customer expectations, facilitate training, and offer continuous support post-implementation.
- Diagnose and solve technical issues related to identity federation, authentication failures, and API errors.
- Document troubleshooting processes and create runbooks or knowledge base articles for common issues.
- Maintain long-term client relationships by understanding business goals, providing strategic IAM advice, and offering support.
