We are looking for an API Management Engineer.

You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals on strategic projects focused on designing, implementing, and securing API ecosystems using leading API Management and API Gateway platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;

  • Experience with API Management platforms (Axway, Apigee, Kong, WSO2, MuleSoft, AWS API Gateway, Azure API Management);

  • Knowledge of API Gateway concepts (policies, routing, throttling, security, protocol transformation);

  • Understanding of the API Management lifecycle;

  • Experience in API specification and documentation (OAS / Swagger / WSDL / WADL);

  • Experience developing or integrating REST and SOAP APIs;

  • Knowledge of standard message formats (JSON, XML);

  • Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML) and integration with IAM platforms (Keycloak, Azure AD, Okta, Oracle);

  • Knowledge of cryptography, certificates, and API Security best practices (OWASP);

  • Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD tools (Git, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps);

  • Knowledge of scripting;

  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes;

  • Familiarity with observability tools (Loki, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk);

  • Good communication skills in English and ability to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure API Gateway solutions;

  • Design and implement API Gateway policies (security, throttling, routing, transformations);

  • Manage and support the API lifecycle;

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and integrations;

  • Perform end-to-end troubleshooting of API flows;

  • Contribute to system integration and orchestration between databases, repositories, and messaging systems (Apache MQ, RabbitMQ);

  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices;

  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable and secure API solutions;

  • Prepare technical documentation and support solution rollouts.
