Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management or similar;
- Extensive experience in the commercial/sales area, preferably in managed services (and/or complete solutions including software);
- Ability to explain solutions and technology clearly;
- Skills in client management, prospecting, negotiation, and sales cycle;
- Proven network with decision-makers in Enterprise accounts;
- Experience with the public sector, namely central public administration, banking, insurance, health (preferred);
- Positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to establish interpersonal relationships
- Knowledge in Cybersecurity (preferred);
Responsibilities:
- Lead a business sector (according to demonstrated experience);
- Develop relationships and businesses with added value;
- Manage pipeline and sales cycle, pushing opportunities forward to make quota target;
- Mobilize and manage teams for pre-sales approaches;
- Define the structure and content of deliverables;
- Facilitate the adoption of proposed solutions by various top management levels at the client;
- Direct delivery within the defined deadlines and quality;
- Manage the risk and costs of business development actions;
- Manage daily interactions with clients;
- Develop and maintain contact with key decision-makers in target clients;
- Participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process;
- Contribute to the development of strategies.
