We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer – PAM (Delinea)

Join our Information Security team as a Cybersecurity Engineer specialized in Delinea PAM solutions, playing a key role in protecting privileged credentials, securing critical systems, and ensuring compliance with internal and client security policies.

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, administration, integration, and optimization of Privileged Access Management (PAM) environments, working closely with Infrastructure, Identity, and Security teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Delinea PAM solutions (Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Cloud Suite);

  • Integrate PAM platforms with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, SIEM, and ITSM tools;

  • Manage the full lifecycle of privileged accounts and enforce access control policies;

  • Conduct security assessments and periodic audits related to privileged access;

  • Automate workflows for access approvals and account onboarding/offboarding;

  • Develop custom plugins and integrations with target systems;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate security standards;

  • Support PAM implementation, upgrade, and migration projects;

  • Produce technical documentation and operational procedures;

  • Provide Level 2 support for incidents related to Delinea and PAM platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity with strong focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM);

  • Proven hands-on experience with Delinea / Thycotic Secret Server (on-premises and/or cloud);

  • Experience working in medium to large enterprise environments;

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD;

  • Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments;

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation;

  • Experience in plugin development and API / REST integrations;

  • Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.
