Requirements:
Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
Technical Expertise:
- Proven background in endpoint management technologies;
- Demonstrated experience working with mobile technologies;
- Deep understanding of technology pre-sales processes;
Specific Technology Knowledge:
- Experience with Identity Access Management systems (e.g., vIDM, Okta, Ping);
- Understanding of SAML authentication protocols;
- Comprehensive understanding of web applications, their architecture, and design;
Enterprise Architecture Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles;
- Experience in either a customer or system integrator landscape, understanding the complexities and requirements of large-scale enterprise environments;
Responsibilities:
Engage with Technology Decision Makers:
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the technology domain;
- Evangelize Cloudcomputing services, highlighting their benefits and use cases;
- Provide domain expertise to assist in closing business deals;
Participate in Pre-Sales Efforts:
- Conduct technical sales presentations to potential customers;
- Lead architecture design discussions to align solutions with customer needs;
- Manage daring displacement strategies to showcase the superiority of Cloudcomputing services;
- Engage in proof-of-concept (POC) projects to demonstrate service capabilities;
- Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) with detailed, tailored information;
- Conduct solution demonstrations and technical workshops to educate and convince stakeholders;
Analyze Customer Objectives:
- Ask insightful and probing questions to understand customer’s business and technology objectives;
- Collect relevant information that enables the sales team to tailor their approach and improve responsiveness to customer needs;
Craft and Propose Custom Solutions:
- Develop and propose bespoke solutions that highlight the unique advantages of Cloudcomputing services;
- Ensure solutions meet customer requirements and objectives effectively;
Ensure Success of Customer Proof-of-Concepts (POCs):
- Oversee the execution of POCs to ensure they meet customer expectations and demonstrate the value of Cloudcomputing services;
Develop Compelling Sample Reference Architectures:
- Create documentation of sample reference architectures that showcase real-world applications of Cloudcomputing solutions;
Document Client Feedback:
- Record client feature requests and issues;
- Provide detailed feedback to the sales and product management teams to inform product development and sales strategies.
