Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager.

Join our team as a Senior Project Manager, leading complex and strategic initiatives within Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, and regulated environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of security-focused projects, working closely with technical teams, security specialists, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful implementation aligned with business, risk, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cybersecurity and IAM projects end-to-end, from planning through delivery and closure;

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including security engineers, architects, and external providers;

• Act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication;

• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, dependencies, and security constraints;

• Ensure projects comply with cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance;

• Provide executive-level reporting, highlighting risks, mitigations, and delivery status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field;

• 7+ years of experience in project management, with strong exposure to cybersecurity and/or IAM initiatives;

• Proven experience delivering technology and security transformation projects;

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills;

• Fluency in English (mandatory);

• Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.

Certifications:

• PMP (PMI) or PRINCE2 Practitioner (mandatory);

• Agile / Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are valued;

• Security or service management certifications (ITIL, ISO 27001, or similar) are a plus.
