We are looking for a Business Control Analyst (Tech Services)

Join our team as a Business Controller, supporting the Delivery and Executive Leadership in ensuring financial transparency, performance governance, and business predictability across all Business Units.

In this role, you will be responsible for connecting delivery execution, financial performance, and strategic decision-making, working closely with BU Managers, Project Managers, and the Group / Headquarters to ensure the business operates with strong financial discipline and operational visibility.

This is a key role in strengthening margin control, forecasting, and executive-level reporting within a growing technology and services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Delivery in controlling the financial and operational performance of the delivery and services portfolio;
  • Monitor budgets, margins, revenue, costs, and profitability across Business Units and projects;
  • Prepare financial forecasts, capacity models, and business performance reports for CEO and Group / Headquarters;
  • Track KPIs related to delivery efficiency, utilization, margin evolution, and business health;
  • Identify financial risks, cost overruns, and margin erosion, proposing corrective and preventive actions;
  • Work closely with BU Managers to validate commercial assumptions, delivery commitments, and pipeline impact;
  • Support pricing, contract financials, and business case validation for new projects and renewals;
  • Ensure governance, consistency, and accuracy in financial and performance reporting models across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in business controlling, financial analysis, FP&A, or performance management roles, preferably in technology, consulting, or services environments;
  • Strong understanding of project-based or service-based business models;
  • Solid analytical and financial modeling skills;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Experience working in international or group reporting environments is a plus.
