We are looking for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant.
Join our dynamic cybersecurity team as IAM Consultant.
You‘ll collaborate with experienced professionals on a strategic project leveraging Okta, one of the industry’s leading identity platforms. This role offers a collaborative team environment, continuous learning opportunities, and internal certified training in Okta and advanced IAM concepts to help you grow your expertise in digital identity. Prior experience with Okta is not required, as comprehensive in-house training will be provided.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field;
- 1 to 3 years of experience implementing identity management solutions (e.g., Keycloak, ForgeRock, Entra ID, Ping Identity, etc.);
- Basic understanding of authentication protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) is a plus;
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, digital identity, and systems architecture;
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of IAM solutions using Okta under the guidance of senior consultants;
- Contribute to the development of custom integrations, scripts, and workflows (using languages such as Java, .NET, Python) for identity provisioning and single sign-on;
- Support configuration and maintenance of authentication/authorization features (SSO, MFA, directory synchronization) and contribute to troubleshooting identity-related issues;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and rollout of identity solutions, and prepare technical documentation and user guides.
