Intune / Modern Workplace Engineer

We are looking for an Intune / Modern Workplace Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing modern workplace environments, ensuring secure and efficient device management through Microsoft technologies. You will collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain compliance, improve automation, and deliver a seamless user experience across managed devices and applications. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern endpoint management solutions, contribute to security best practices, and continuously enhance the organization’s digital workplace capabilities.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Solid experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and Azure AD / Entra ID
• Experience using PowerShell for automation
• Knowledge of device management (MDM/MAM)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong focus on user experience (UX)
• Good communication skills
• English level B2–C1
• Microsoft certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender, ensuring efficient device and application management
• Configure and maintain MDM and MAM policies
• Ensure device security and compliance through Azure AD / Entra ID and Microsoft Defender
• Manage application, operating system, and update deployments, minimizing user impact
• Monitor application versions and defining upgrade and lifecycle plans
• Automate processes and reporting using PowerShell, Power BI, and Endpoint Manager
• Produce regular reports on compliance, application versions, and device status
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security and update best practices
• Communicate with users regarding relevant changes and updates
• Document processes, configurations, and operational procedures
